The Beurer EM59 is a versatile and powerful 4-in-1 electrostimulation device that brings together four clinically recognised therapeutic modalities in a single compact unit. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) uses gentle electrical impulses to block pain signals at the nerve level, providing effective and drug-free relief from chronic and acute pain including back pain, joint discomfort and muscular tension. EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) triggers targeted muscle contractions to strengthen and tone individual muscle groups, aid post-exercise recovery and support muscle rehabilitation. The massage function delivers relaxing neuromuscular stimulation to ease tension and muscle fatigue, while the integrated heat function warms the gel pad electrodes directly on the skin to relax muscles, improve local circulation and enhance the therapeutic effects of TENS, EMS or massage when used in combination.

How to use

1. Ensure the skin is clean and free of lotion or cream. Attach the gel pads to the four electrodes and apply to the desired body area as indicated by the on-screen electrode placement guide. Connect the cable to the device and select the desired TENS, EMS, massage or heat programme. Adjust the intensity across both channels gradually to a comfortable level.
2. Set the countdown timer as desired. The device will switch off automatically at the end of the session. To activate the heat function, press the heat button during any programme or use it independently. To create a custom programme, activate the Doctor's Function and set your preferred frequency, pulse width and on/off times. Recharge via USB before or after use as required.
