How to use

1. Fill the water tank with regular tap water to the indicated level. Place the universal mask on the device and adjust the steam control dial to the desired setting. Plug in and switch on, then wait 3 to 5 minutes for steam to begin. Hold the mask comfortably over the nose and mouth and breathe normally through the nose and mouth for 5 to 15 minutes.
2. After use, switch off and allow the device to cool completely before emptying any remaining water and cleaning the removable parts. Wipe the mask and attachments with a clean damp cloth after every use. For enhanced relief, insert an optional menthol inhalant pad into the designated holder before use.
