How to use

1. Swallow capsules whole with a drink of water
2. Adults and elderly: Take 1 capsule three times a day before meals
3. If necessary, the dose may be increased to 2 capsules three times a day
4. Do not take immediately after food
5. Do not exceed the recommended dose
