How to use

1. Shake bottle well before use
2. Do not drink directly from the bottle—use the provided measuring cap
3. Take approx. 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach
4. Adults and children 12+: 10ml twice daily
5. Children 6–11: 10ml once daily
6. Children 3–5: 5ml once daily
