La Roche-Posay Effaclar A.I. is an intensive targeted spot treatment designed to be applied directly onto individual blemishes as an SOS corrector, working in three simultaneous ways to address the full lifecycle of a blemish. Niacinamide neutralises the factors of irritation and reduces redness around the blemish, while Piroctone Olamine and Chlorhexidine Digluconate target the bacterial proliferation responsible for the imperfection and work to clear it rapidly. Capryloyl Salicylic Acid (LHA), a micro-exfoliating derivative of salicylic acid, stimulates skin cell regeneration and accelerates the resolution of the blemish, while Salicylic Acid provides additional keratolytic activity to prevent further congestion and residual marks from forming.

How to use

1. Apply a small amount directly to individual blemishes morning and evening, until the imperfection disappears. Do not apply all over the face.
