How to use

1. Install the four AA batteries provided and place the monitor on a stable surface.
2. Avoid alcohol, smoking, caffeine, food, exercise, and hot showers for at least 30 minutes before measuring.
3. Sit quietly and rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a reading.
4. Slide the cuff onto your left upper arm, approximately 1–2cm above the elbow, with the tubing running down the inside of the arm.
5. Check the cuff wrap guide indicator to confirm the cuff is correctly positioned.
6. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level, palm facing upward.
7. Sit still, do not talk, and do not cross your legs.
8. Press the START/STOP button to begin measurement.
9. The cuff will inflate automatically and deflate gradually as the reading is taken.
10. Once complete, your systolic, diastolic and pulse readings will be displayed.
11. Review any indicators shown (hypertension, irregular heartbeat, body movement) and consult your instruction manual or healthcare professional as needed.
12. Press START/STOP to turn the device off, or it will switch off automatically after a short period.
