How to use

1. On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
2. Keep the head straight, insert the nozzle into the nostril, and spray once or twice per nostril.
3. For deeper cleansing, tilt the head to one side and spray once for 2 to 3 seconds into the upper nostril.
4. Allow excess solution to flow out, then blow your nose gently.
5. Clean the nozzle after each use with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth.
