  • Do not use alongside other oral and nasal forms of medicines used to treat a blocked nose, such as pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine or ephedrine
  • Using this medicine for longer than the recommended duration can make your symptoms worse, your nose may become blocked again, and you may get other problems such as runny nose, sneezing, itching and irritation or your body can stop responding to the medicine.
  • Contact your doctor if your symptoms do not improve after 5 days, if you have been using for longer than recommended or if you experience ongoing congestion, irritation, sneezing, or a runny nose.
  • If you experience any side effects, speak to a healthcare professional and report them via the Yellow Card scheme.

  2. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and depress the pump while breathing in deeply
  3. Repeat in the other nostril
  4. Use 1 spray into each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily
