Warnings and cautions

• Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). TSS is a rare but serious illness that may be fatal. Read and save the enclosed leaflet before use.
• Use the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children. For external packaging disposal only, do not flush tampons.
• If you experience any unusual symptoms during use such as sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or rash, remove the tampon immediately and seek medical attention.

How to use

1. Wash hands before use. Unwrap the tampon. Hold the applicator at the Anti-Slip Grip and slowly insert the rounded tip into the vaginal opening, pushing gently until your fingers touch your body. Then push the inner tube all the way in to release the tampon.
2. Pull the outer applicator tube out. The string should hang outside the body. To remove, grip the string and pull gently downward. Change every four to eight hours and never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours. Dispose of in the bin, never flush.
