How to use

1. For rub-on use: apply to chest, throat and back, and leave clothes loose for vapour inhalation
2. For inhalation: melt 2 teaspoons in hot (not boiling) water and inhale vapours (ages 12+ only)
3. Use as directed up to 3 times daily
